And also if you can say which are bad concerning my face so i can understand fully ?

You can't rlly hide neg tilt with "maxing misc", if you're not talking about makeup. Its a major flaw

Long philtrum, flared ears and an unideal fwh ratio mainly so id start with a lip lift, otoplasty and a genioplasty

Okay i understand for oto and lip lift but genio ? Why

your chin is pretty short from the front view and very slightly recessed from the side where a genio will bring the chin down and more foward improving your side a little aswell as your chin to philtrum ratio from the front
