A good philtrum to chin ratio would be somewhere between 1:2,5 and 1:3.
You could get a lip lift to shorten your philtrum.

You don't seem to have a elongated midface, and therefore a lip-lift might become feminizing.
To me the root cause seems to be a short nose, which cannot be fixed, as far as I know.

Yea my nose is not the longest, thats what i thought also lenghting the nose somehow instead of lifting lips up. both seem like close to impossible procedures.

As others suggested, your best bet could be growing some good facial hair.

Yeah seems like they added cartilage to his apex, which gives a more elongated look.
You seem like a good candidate for the same procedure, actually. Might get you two birds with one stone, even.
