So I’m hopping on HGH. My first cycle, so should be about 6 months long and then I’ll decide if the results are worth it.

Here are some questions:

1. How dialed in should my diet be? Low carb? Bulk / cut?
2. Any chance I could see facial improvement like looking more masculine, wider jaw, better zygos? (im 20)
3. How important is working out while on HGH? Should I be locked in on 120%?
4. What if I need to take a break in the middle of the cycle? For example for a week? Is that okay?
5. Should I be taking something alongside with it? I want to only take stuff with minimal side effects, but also don’t want to waste 6 months of my life for only a tiny difference.
6. I will be having a septoplasty soon and I’ve heard hgh can grow your nose - is that something I should worry about while my nose heals?

1. Dont eat processef sugar and stuff like that, u will get diabetes lul, eat some carbs 30 minutes after injecting.
2. At 20 most likely not it's debated if it even works for teenagers
3. U won't gain an insane amount of muscle with HGH it's not like roids but it will help so just be normal locked In with training
4. Yes nothing will come of it
5. Take test if u actually want any hope at some facial structure growth
6. Nah it's fine likely, over 6 months it won't grow much maybe just look bloated

As long as you do a proper pct after cruising, there shouldn't be any long term effects. Id recommend using HCG while on test to make sure your balls keep working
 
1. How dialed in should my diet be? Low carb? Bulk / cut? Eat as you normally would and try to eat low carb as carbs (simple sugars) can spike insulin which we dont want. Buy a blood glucose monitor.
Monitor it in the morning straight away fasted.
Monitor before and after meals to see how foods affect your blood glucose on hgh.
after a few weeks of this you can space out the tests as you now know how certain foods affect you and your body has adapted to hgh.
normal blood glucose levels for adults using hgh typically range between 70-100 mg/dL maybe 130
And after meals a max of 180.
If you go over this you may experience hyperglycaemia and under hypoglycaemia
U can use Berberine to control this many videos on it.

up until now i was bulking, so my macros were like 150g protein, 150g carbs (up to 200g protein and 200g carbs) - that would probably kill me on hgh and test right? so I should do just meat and fruit maybe?

Get a blood glucose monitor and see.
It should be no higher than 100 fasted, 75-85 is ideal. Not sure about fruits but as long as it's around the 75-85 u shouldn't get diabetes

It depends on your goals, if you wanna bulk then be in a surplus and vice versa.
you don’t need to have a low carb diet, keep them moderate.

Not really, what’s your dose? If you are blasting 15IUs+ then you probably can have some results, I don’t recommend using HGH for facial bonemass though.
Anyway I don’t think that you will even notice any changes because your growth plates are probably closed.
The only changes it might give you is maybe some masseter changes but nothing crazy.

It’s important, don’t expect it to carry you like gear. So work out, you don’t need to be fully locked in, even training 3 times a well for 1.5 hour a day is fine and you will see decent results.

Yes it’s okay, nothing will happen for a week but try to be consistent.

yes, run test and if you want you can add anavar for the first few weeks of the cycle to have that boost.

No, also it’s dose-dependent. If you’re not running anything above 10IU then it’s fine.
You’re not likely to grow your nose noticeably in 6 months unless you’re abusing.
It can even help you post surgery.

1.high carb high protein low fat, dont bulk theres nothing specific to growth in relation to calories, your fat is your surplus


2. your bones will get denser and thicker but no limb lengthening since your growth plates are closed

3. its important to workout no matter what youre taking, but its muscle building properties are negligible in comparison to gear, but since you are in a position where you feel like you wanna get the most out of it, then yes workout hard, your recovery will be a lot better

what @Copercel replied isnt completely right, you need a high carb diet to maximize motor unit recruitment making your gym sessions more productive which is synergistic with the recovery properties of gh

Completely dialed in. High carb. Low glycemic index (sourdough bread and kefir for example). Cut before a bulk, minimum 6IUs per day to see facial improvements, will just add more density and stimulate osteoblast activity, so mild ccw rotation possible, ramus growth inbound.

Very important, you should do full body 3x a week minimum (higher hgh response, also its fun) but if not, stop working in the gym and start swimming, will widen your frame and just keep some lf your muscle in the gym 2/3 a week, reason is you probably are going to use letro/arimidex for stopping growth plate closure. Use arimidex, letrozole is overrated and now i gotta buy 3 noopeptides for neuroprotection JFL.
4. You can take a break sure but do it after a few months (2-3 min), the effects need to compound to be truly effective. I suggest you do repeated cycles with breaks to get the hgh out of your system and avoid organ growth or insulin resistance, even someone like androgenic only got mild organ growth, and the risk is worth it.
5. Arimidex/letrozole obligatory, otherwise will just speed up growth plate closing age. ptha analog that has low risk might help with bonemass, but 3-4% risk of bone cancer.

High carb for insulin release, high protein for amino acids which are the 3rd aspect of IGF-1 production, tbh if you want insanely high IGF-1 with your GH then you should pin Lantus/Insulin glargine with your GH and cycle it 6-8weeks on 2weeks off repeatedly, it is a bloat demon though

I just turned 19 and my bones are bigger (zygos mainly, jaw prominence too) but I take AAS (steroids like tren) on top of it

No relevance, weight-lifting induces an anabolic state so go ahead, GH increases muscle hyperplasia but this effect is not prominent unless combined with AAS (steroids).

Yeah that's completely fine, you can go a month without it too, it's just long term consistency, like don't do a month and then just go off it, aim for majority across a year. It will take time for IGF-1 levels to decrease.

The GH will just make your heal faster, GH overtime causes cartilage hypertrophy but this isn't something that will be in your face during surgery healing, it's insanely slow in the nose.
