Facemasks are pretty much useless at your age. The sutures of the maxilla start closing at the age of 12 and the maxilla reaches maturity at around 16.

Orthotropics is a scam, especially after 12 years old.
For that kind of money, you might as well look at jaw surgery. You'll get a better outcome.
