Yeah bro, taking isotretinoin rn, it used to be way worse, as for tongue posture I think mine is pretty good, maybe not enough room in my mouth tho, and I have fat underneath, so I'm hoping it will look better when I lean out again.

this is a very late reply because i haven't been on the forum much recently.

with what i can see, he has decent potential. with clear skin and a more angular face, he'd look above average for sure. i don't think he has lorenzo zurzulo potential due to the tilt of the eyes and overall features being somewhat different, but he could be HTN if he fixed himself up well
