Please be brutally honest. (psl, 1/10, ltn etc) Right now i’m trying to cut down on my body fat so my physique looks better. Also does anyone knows how to fix my eye asymmetry?

It might be just how i see myself or lens distortion because sometimes when I take a pic close up my eyes look asymmetric
