Need Hydrogen Peroxide Gel

I want to whiten my teeth but it is illegal to sell hydrogen peroxide gel to non-dentists in my country and professional teeth whitening is quite expensive. I can buy industrial-grade hydrogen peroxide but it is not gel or food grade so I'm not sure if that would work as expected. Is there any other alternatives? If anybody is visiting turkiye and willing to a bring a hp gel I would be willing to pay double price

there are some imported brands but they dont disclose the ingredients also their ratings suck likely fake product
