Need info about Rhinoplasty in Pakistan

I've been thinking of getting rhino and recently saw @Salludon thread about surgery in Pakistan. Does anyone know how much rhino costs there and if the quality is good? What is the best and cheapest country to get rhino done?

I feel if you're seriously considering going all the way to pakistan from the US (i'm assuming that's where you are from) you are better off saving up and getting Rhino at a place where there will be a lower chance to fuck up your nose and infection/side effects in the future.

Yeah that's what I was concerned about. The only thing making it attractive is that far cheaper cost in Pakistan vs. Western countries. My nose is not a huge failo though it's just a bit bigger and has a bump in the middle as opposed to being completely straight. I guess you're right on just paying extra to avoid any issues.

have you thought of nose fillers?
rhino is permanent but nose fillers you get like every year.
if price is the thing you're concerned about then nose fillers are cheaper + every year you can save up a bit of money to get them done yearly.

and since your nose isnt a huge failo the size and bump could be easily fixed thru nose filler silicone, youd have to check with the surgeon tho

@vitaminD3 My nose is very similar to the before pic here, except that the tip is pointing straight and not upturned like the pic. What do you think would be the best approach?

i'm not medically licensed or anything but that looks pretty easy to fix. basically what the surgeon would do is inject silicone into the bump in the middle of your nose and also on the squishier part ontop of the nostril and would shape it into your desired shape. also, if you fuck up your rhinoplasty that shit is permanent and could leave you with an undesirable nose shape, infection, and scarring but nose fillers they will go away in 6months-1year-2year depending on how long you want them for. and if your nose filler goes good, since the surgeon already has the results from your non-surgical rhinoplasty they should be able to mimic it once the silicon goes away. you should definitely consult with your surgeon before though, cause once again, im not licensed.

I know someone who got septo-rhinoplasty and his nose looks good now but his nose wasn’t that wide or big before so surgeon didn’t had much to fuck up. Check out Dr Sheraz from Jail Road Lahore. He has good reviews on google.
