Need jaw advice

Should I get jaw corner filler to fix the roundness? I was wondering if it’d make my jaw too wide since I already have a wide jaw just a round one. Or whether a BSSO is more appropriate. I’m already planning on commisure Botox, just help me fix my jaw roundness plz (FYI YES IM LEAN)

we need to see ur zygos to make a good assumption
