I'm hungry all the time.

All I eat is shit high protein food, and I eat around 1500 calories a day which is horrible with my apetite.

My fat distribution and metabolism are shit.

Need to get through this last push to 12%, I'm around 16 atm.


I know some people who are effortlessly at 12% all the time but for me this is torture.
 
Am around 38% can you give me some tips?
 
Easy, look at lean athletes, bodybuilders, and overall attractive people, you will notice that they are all skinny/lean, then go look in the mirror and pinch the fat on your body, realise that you need to loose bf% and keep on it.
