Need less sodium to stay debloated?

I might be being retarded but ive heard that debloating quickly by sodium flush is bad in the long run, as apparently it requires less and less sodium to maintain your debloated state overtime, and as the required sodium gets lower and lower it will eventually reach levels so low its impossible to maintain, and you will become bloated again. Is there anything to back this or just retarded?

just drink more water and eat lots of potassium, sodium intake doesnt matter much if you do both
