Need looksmaxxing advice for my face.

As the title says, I need advice on what to actually do. I was thinking of getting malar and infra implants, and a rhino. Also I need to do something about my lower face, because it looks bloated even though I am skinny as fuck. Some surgeon on Realself commented on a similar case to mine and said that what caused such lower face shape is a narrow jaw. But my bite is fine and I don’t need a 20k double jaw surgery. I was thinking of getting Buccal fat removal and jaw implants. Anyways, please give me suggestions, I am ready to start my journey, I just need advice on the best course of action, so that I know what to even tell the surgeon. I am considering Ramieri because he offers custom implants and doesn’t seem too expensive. I am based in Europe, and intend to have surgeries done here.

Thanks man. Sadly I am not a richcell but I still absolutely need to adress the recession in my face, it makes me look weird as fuck. What do you mean by ROI not being amazing? I know it's expensive shit, but I can't think of anything else (considering realistic surgeries of course). I haven't heard of ghk-cu, appreciate the idea.

And i mean that the implants are expensive, minmum 20k if you go with some turkish dude fresh out of school and it will make you more atractive but the other ones mentioned should be proritised since they are way cjeaper amd probably will help you more

I think zygo plus jaw implants maybe will get you 0,5-1psl which an definitely be worth it but also might not. So i thiink atleast get ghkcu first,get some oral minoxidil for eyebrows and lashes,get the fat graft and see where youre at and then decide if the implants are worth it

I am strapped for money and have asked my brother who got some inheritance to borrow me 10k for zygo implants which I would pay him back once we sold the house, but honestly if I could do with just fat grafting I would be so glad, because I don't want to be spending a fortune on this unless I absolutely have to, and would much rather use all of the money I will get as a downpayment for a place to live at. I will consult a surgeon and see if I can get the fat grafting done. Do you have an idea of how many rounds of grafting it would take for the results to become permanent? I know some fat gets reabsorbed, and I guess it is different on a case to case basis.

Everyone here who has done it and showed results have had good results and also advised people to overfill so do that a bit

Also you want you body to recover good so get cialis since it is great at helping vlood flow and might be the best thing to get,also tet tb500+bpc157 since its also great at helping. These are probably enough but if you want to help extra get some igf lr3 or/and ghk-cu

If you do this 1 is probably enough, might be 2 if youre unlucky,kinda hard to predict but 2 is probably max if you follow these steps
