Need non cope looksmax advice. What should I fix first? I must ascend.

looking for real ways to ascend and even basic tips to max out my looks or even at home hardmaxxes. I am new to the community and anything helps. also hair is very grown out right now due to textured/wavy perm I am getting soon as well as mod cut. be brutal, I am willing to do anything to ascend.
