I’m currently consultating with a surgeon to get canthoplasty + fat grafting by the end of the year. Do y’all thing this is enough or should I consider infraorbital rim implants with the canthoplasty?

Bro I’m a 100% sure there are people I know on here so I can’t but I have this insane negative vector that shows my whole sclera and like almost no existent support there. So I feel like I should also consider infras
