Tbh just get a gym membership,
You at least bare minimum need barbell and dumbbells,with a bench.but just get a gym membership.

If you're new:
Deadlifts
Shoulder press
Bench press
Barbell curls
Dips
About 4 sets each, 3 times a week.

Eat only cake for bloat.

starting strength+ GOMAD is real way to go

Also do pullups, pushups, stretches, cardio, and an aerobic routine.

Get dip bars so can do dips and jnverted rows.
