Your hair is blonde-ish in one pic and brown in another what's your current hair?
If it's the blonde one it looks too in the middle of blonde or brown, either keep it light and slightly saturated or keep it brown
Hair volume is good but keep layers so it looks more textured and less bowl-cut
Curl and darken your lashes, life changer. Grow them out too
