I have periods of extreme anger ever since the event happened it occurred today I have been angry for hours wanting to kill her and myself I have nightmares of her cheating on me constantly every night I experience it over and over

She relys on me a lot she is basically dead without me i dont have the courage to leave her im a empathic human I don’t have the guts to leave a even awful person for dead
