Need real/definitive surgery advice

Right now this is maybe my 5th post about surgery cause the fuckers on here are so mixed I genuinely don't know what to do.
Based on my previous posts I've been suggested all kinds of things that il list below:
-lip lift +filler
-genio
-under eye skin graft
-Canthoplasty
-bimax
-trimax
Now for me atleast cantho is out of the question, too risky with not enough reward (atleast I think so)
My question here is which should I ACTUALLY consider cause some mfs tell me I need bimax and others call me a fucking retard for even considering it same with basically everything here can I GENUINELY get some final info that I can pursue. What's worth looking at and will help me ascend.
And yes I'm using the same pics as my other posts I think they're alright

To be fair I know it may not be a great source of information but I put the procedure. Bringing my jaw down from ramus and advancing it forward into chst gpt and it did tell me I'd be looking at a clockwise bimax so unless the procedure is wrong then what he's saying is right

Okay then granted I don't go for big procedures like that should I get a lip lift, consider the canthoplasty and just touch up areas with fillers? Instead of going a bigger surgery like bimax

The optimal approach to surgery is as follows:

1. Address falios
2. Address function
3. Create halos (optional)

You also need to consider risk to reward and cost to reward ratio. In my opinion, unless you have functional issues that a bimax could solve (sleep apnea, tmj, terrible bite) then it would not be the right approach for you, you would not benefit ENOUGH to make it worth it, as although you are slightly recessed in the maxilla, even a large movement with CW rotation wouldn't make that much of a difference.

If you don't believe me look at most bimax before and afters, the ones who see the MOST benefit are sfscels who get a lot of downgrafting + vertical genio. Those with only slight recession and no sfs gain only a marginal aesthetic result from the side with practically no gain from the front and imho, front is absolutely law (unless your side is death tier, which yours isn't).

Its up to you tho, you would absolutely 100% benefit from a bimax, pretty much everyone on earth would, its just a question of if its worth it to you.
