Right now this is maybe my 5th post about surgery cause the fuckers on here are so mixed I genuinely don't know what to do.
Based on my previous posts I've been suggested all kinds of things that il list below:
-lip lift +filler
-genio
-under eye skin graft
-Canthoplasty
-bimax
-trimax
Now for me atleast cantho is out of the question, too risky with not enough reward (atleast I think so)
My question here is which should I ACTUALLY consider cause some mfs tell me I need bimax and others call me a fucking retard for even considering it same with basically everything here can I GENUINELY get some final info that I can pursue. What's worth looking at and will help me ascend.
And yes I'm using the same pics as my other posts I think they're alright

Main issue I would say is long midface
So CCW bimax (meaning lowering the ga)
get trimax if your chin is recessed can’t really tell from pics

Your midface will still be a bit long so to cancel that out you want a taller, more robust lower third
You want a better
- chin to philtrum
- jaw width
- jaw frontal angle
- tall masculine lower third
You can achieve that with
- vertical genio (idk how that would work with the genio in trimax so research that first) or chin implant - jaw angle implants or wraparounds

Get a lip lift as well after that

Then if you still have hollow under eyes get fat grafting there

You should be good after all that
All should be done in the order listed

Before and during all this, you should be training your neck, not only because it will make your jaw look wider but because when you get implants, your neck needs to match

If there’s anything I got wrong or missed someone can correct me
