will i put fat back on if i hop off it? studies seem to say yes but they dont specify under which circumstance, if you're eating healthy n working out with the goal of putting on muscle it shld be fine right

it will be right as long as you're staying in maintenance, studies tested on subjects who just didn't eat due to reta and once they hoped off their glp levels went back to normal but grelin and leptin to the roof

titrate off at 1mg per week till you’re off, my mates did this and they haven’t put any weight back on, just make sure you stick to your calories

Go to 2.5 for 1 week, then stop. The biggest side effect is appetite rebound which happens usually week 1-3 after stopping a glp 1.

If you hop off and your appetite goes back to normal or even higher and you eat more than maintenance, yeah you will put fat back on. If no, them you won’t. That’s how it works, ignore all the bullshit online saying weight regain is inevitable, well yeah if you eat more.

I would recommend you lean down to about 16% bf using glp-1s. If you are not 16% bf yet, then clearly your dose is too high and you should focus on lowering it to slow down muscle loss.

Then drop down from 16% to 10% bf slowly to avoid excessive muscle loss, hormonal issues, stress, and even unwanted fat loss (i.e. periorbital fat loss which occurs more in faster weight loss).

When leaning from 16% to 10% br, you want to do this without a glp-1 if possible, or with a dose that allows for slightly below a caloric deficit to allow for a caloric deficit to persist. Hit gym during this phase.

Also, I would highly recccomend using IGF1-LR3 (HGH if you want a cheaper, but inferior, option). This will allow for more lipolysis and more muscle gain at the same caloric deficit. Basically, your body puts more of your food intake into building muscle and less into fat.

Additionally, if you are interested in high quality muscular hypertrophy through an anabolic-androgenic pathway, the superior option is a TRT base with Oxandrolone (Anavar) which will help build dense muscle which will maintain a high metabolic rate, allowing for staying lean to be much easier.

I hope you find this useful, let me know if you have any questions.

I would appreciate it if your could mark as answer if found helpful.
