Need Reta advices !!

hey ive been on reta for about 2 weeks at 0.5mg E3D (1mg / week pretty much) and I tried doubling the dose today by taking 1mg at once and I got nausea + diarrhea from just this small amount, what should i do ? stay at 0.5mg E3D ? keep this dosage and dnr ?

keep dosage if u cant handle 1mg yet just go up when it stops having good effects
