need serious advice on jaw surgery

can someone point me towards a solution to my following problems? I don't want to contact surgeons just yet as I know most of them just want my money.

- TMJ, I don't really get any pain but I get clicks every time I open my mouth
- mandible recession, nothing crazy but I have good chin projection which helps a fuck ton
-crooked teeth/narrow palate
-sleep apnea, causes by narrow palate

I was thinking of getting a palate expander but I am afraid it will worsen assymetry if the sutures on one side break first.

I also have multiple decayed tooth beyond repair (mostly molars) due to not getting fillers years ago, bad diet and a bunch of recreational drugs.

I feel incredibly lost and my sleep apnea is genuinely ruining my life. I feel tired all the time even with 8 hours of sleep. My concentration is fucked too which is a shame because I was a very bright kid.

Find top providers, recommend the roster from Marpe Masters. Usually nowadays they practice slow expansion to avoid the assymetry problem.

Also a warning with custom marpe with arms anchored to teeth, because you are a candidate for filler and especially since you have none you have weaker teeth and so the removal of arms from marpe can possibly crack them. Depending how severe it is you may want to go fme or talk about it with your provider about armless custom marpe.

I also had tooth decay and fillers but I got lucky with the marpe arm removal process. I had a good provider and also jaw surgeon as well as my ortho tends to refer his patients to this surgeon.

Highly recommend expansion prior to jaw surgery. I have a deviated septum and it helped me a lot.
