Need serious advice

What are my weak points, how do I fix them, what is holding me back I just want to know so I can target them if possible, also what are my strongpoints and overall I’m just looking for advice on how to improve as much as possible and try to fix what is holding me back, would appreciate a rating and potential rating aswell (also think I need to change my hair to something around the first pic)

Being Ginger is a niche phenotype , I would dye your eyebrows and hair black. Not much else you can do for your face apart from leanmaxx and gymmaxx for overall appeal then you can go from LMTN to HMTN.

also got a little rosacea, so try and use bb cream for temporary looks and Azelaic acid for more effective treatment.
