Need Serious Help for growing taller.

15Yo, 164cm. Growth plates are accurate to age. I am unusually short for my mid-parental height. Still don't qualify for clinical hgh or ai tho. I alr take d3 k2, mangesium and arginine.

What do I do? Im lost

Only 1 cm grown in the past 4 months.
