My hair is shortish but tryna get it longer for maybe mod haircut or smthn messy fringe yk and ive got under eye circles which i cant get rid off god knows why also got js face spots from sugar most likely which ive quit but still would apreciate advice. I use hair clay and sea salt spray(not in this pic only if i go out) but after a bit it just looks dry as how do i fix this too
