Need Some Advice on Fat Loss

So I am currently 17, 6'4, 160, and around the low 20s for body fat percentage I still feel like I have a lot of visible face fat and body fat also to add I do eat a normal diet "I could be eating better" and I also workout around. hours a day with sports etc.

i mean i already dont eat that much tbh like I usually don't eat breakfast I just eat a normal lunch and dinner

I definitely should start using a calorie-tracking app, I also was researching maybe taking potassium supplements cause I don't sadly have enough of that in my diet.

sure, eat less sodium more potassium. Still need good bones to have hollow cheeks tho.

lower sugar intake, only sugar you take in day can be bananas from now on and thats ur main source of sugar and potassium, drink 3l water daily and watch urself change

see the thing is i hate bananas but I do drink a ton of water I will start tracking my sugar intake

Fat loss happens when your body doesn't have glycogen left to gain energy from and switches to fat tissue.

To trigger fat loss you can either:

Reduce your carbohydrate intake to 0g per day to prioritize fat metabolism
Implement fasting (e.g. OMAD) support glycogen depletion and fat oxidation.

You shouldn't starve tho, once fat is oxidized the body will use proteins as a fuel source, you will lose muscle which is unwanted.

Calories are units of heat energy, not chemical food energy, counting them is utterly retarded and pointless. Body composition is affected by mass I/O. "Calorie deficit" is essentially the same as undereating, which will result in muscle loss. You should eat until satiety
