So I’m currently 17 years old and 190cm barefoot tall. I wanna take MK-677 mainly for a better frame and in hopes it increases my wrist size. Gaining extra height would be a bonus but I’m mainly looking to get denser bones overall and better gym performance. So far to my knowledge is that I need to take about 20mg at night daily. I’m also on a low carb diet so blood sugar shouldn’t be a worry hopefully. Is that all it takes or am I missing something before I get started? Also if anyone knows all the possible side effects could you please list them for me? Thanks.
