Hello guys i am 18 years old 83 kgs 5'10. My maxilla and mandible are recessed, but the good part is im getting a bimax next year and Im already going to the gym for like 8-9 month and cutting rn. My question is how to improve myself for the future besides the recessions?

take test and eat healthy and make sure your hair looks good and after the bimax if you do all of these you'll look human ig
