Need some help around hgh doses

Basically im 15 and i plan on doing hgh (7 iu most likely) and the problem im having is how do i know how much of the content i need to put in a needle? since 1 vial contains 100 iu how much of the hgh do i need to put in the needle/syringe to know that its 7 iu and not more or less cuz im scared that ill accidentally put fuggin 20 iu in 1 go and fuck myself up

dawg i do do research but i cant find this info anywhere, i havent even ordered it yet but i wanna prepare myself also yeah im pretty sure in 1 vial theres 100 iu
