Need some High IQ advice on genio and fat graft

So i recently noticed this shit with my chin where it is overly projected with a deep fold and it sorta curls up at the tip. What kind of genio would i need? Also can i leave the projection as it is and just get a fat graft in the fold? Pics in pm
