DO NOT REPLY IF YOU LOOK LIKE A BITCH
As a person who was a skinny beyotch my whole life I obviously had thin arms. From age 15-18 my arm size stayed pretty much the same, anywhere between 10-11.5 inches (that’s despite doing occasional pull ups and push ups).
Now, after 2 years of training (I’m 20) I finally reached 15” inches. Incredible!
My goal, perhaps dream, is to reach 18” one day, and I don’t know if that’s possible. I’m 6’3 and I have 7” wrists.
This is Keith Hodge. First picture is high school, second picture around 38 years old after 5 years of training. I don’t know if he was on steroids or not, I highly doubt it, but this 18” arms. He has a similar bone structure to mine and lacked muscle mass at one point, so this is probably hope for me. What do you think?
