I've been told my eye area is my biggest limiting factor. Specifically, I'm wondering about my canthal tilt and upper eyelid exposure.
From different photos, it seems like my tilt changes depending on the angle, but I feel like it's negative in most pictures. Is it actually negative, or is it more of a hooding/under-eye support issue that's creating the issue?
I would also appreciate it if I could get:
An estimated canthal tilt
What are my biggest eye area failos
Whether the issue is tilt, hooding, under-eye support, or something else
Best improvements (natural or surgical) if you think they're warranted
I prefer natural/softmaxxes, but if surgical measures are needed.

It looks like your canthal tilt is neutral, not negative. What gives it a negative look is likely a mix of your eyebrows tilting aggresively high, giving a lot of room between them and the eyes, and maybe a negative canthal hooding (like I have), which to my knowledge is the upper hood being slightly downturning over the outer area of the eye.

Your eyes look alright, but the failos are generally the space between them and the eyebrows which give the illusion of a negative canthal tilt. Your eye colour is a dark brown, which is not bad, but it belnds with the pupil, so maybe a lighter colour would make the colour stand out better, or maybe it is the lighting.

Natural fixes: groom your eyebrows so that they are straight along your supraorbitals (browridge). If you have time on you, you could try those eye exercises that some say can change how they hold your eyes (giving them a better appearence), although this will not give you a positive canthal tilt but just make it look more aesthetic over a period of time.

Surgical methods include any surgeries around the eye area, but from my lacking knowledge I would simply put a canthoplasty, orbital implants as some options. Look into it better if you want to learn more, as again I do not know much about surgeries.

Thank you so much for such an in-depth reply. I will start grooming my eyebrows better and try some eye exercises for a couple of months to see how that works out. Thank you again for a good reply.
