let me lay this shit out.

basically im 19 and have done some collage but im currently working at home and not attending any school. just normie 20$ hour type job.

i have around 75k in inherience. sitting in an investment account. i am in a middle class family i can expect some additional whealth to be passed down eventually, but likely when im much older.

also i fucking hate school and it would be a major cortisolmax and healthmin tbh.

going back to collage makes sense mathimatically in the medium-long term however i need some way to get more money in the short term. while/before i go back. the crossover point is around 30-35 where collage begins to pay off.

im looking at 3-4 years of collage plus 10 years of work while living well below my means before i have any decent ammount of money saved. sounds like absolute dogshit.

someone enlighten me on how i can make a lot of money before i turn 30. otherwise its over.

Put that $75k in a low-cost S&P 500 index fund and don't touch it for a decade . Use a small amount to pay for a trade or tech certification. Get that credential, get a better job, and live cheaply while you save every dollar

basically on track for both of those.

already have the 75k invested in index fund

im working for a guy in a trade who makes a lot of money and i could eventually do what he does after a few years.

however im worried that will limit my flexibility. if i go into engineering for school i have some other options, and eventually getting a high paying engineering job pays off long term. just dont know if that makes sense atp.

Find a stock that gives out good dividends and invest 65k in it a day before the dividends payout. Use the remaining 10k to experiment with some new stuff, maybe you'll find a better way of income (don't try this if you're an iqlet). Also I heavily recommend you growing your social media as a hobby because it's a great tool for promotion or/and passive income

Buy max amount of cheap apartments in small city and rent them out monthly so you never have to work in your life, and then if you want to earn more you can do something else with this base
