Just took these pics from about 5 feet away I need some tips. I know for starters that my clothing style is trash, also that my grooming can be a lot better. Beard, or no? Also possible surgery tips pls thank you!

Tbh you look good with your 2 large failos being your neck and hair. Look at the photos where I remove them from the pic and notice how your psl increases.

those are your 2 main failos, work on that.
Aside from that you could do with something for your beard to fraud a more defined inner face, maybe minox but it might dry out face.
Potential failo is your asymmetry but I can’t tell since your head is tilted in all your pics.

Por muito tempo pensei que era feio ... até que uma garota me disse que achava que minha "body count" era de pelo menos 25 - when I hooked up. Eu sei que se eu fosse alto seria mais fácil.

thanks. My beard is a week and a half growth right now and usually fills out so I may not need Minoxidil. I usually keep stubble no more than that. With the hair should I let it go down?

You should cut it shorter especially on the sides. The top is your choice but having a square side of the head is essential

You should keep hair on the side, maybe a fade.

Yep - not sure if the camera is causing that but his arms look too big for his head and the rest in a strange way. Maybe start bench pressing more and things like that to get more symmetry.
