Need some tips for acne and hyoid skin

Don't mind the lazy eye my eyelid is acting up since 2 days ago. I need some tips and advice on how to get rid of my acne, either the deep spots or the redness would help a lot to my overall appeal if they would be gone
My jawline is also not that good but I feel like if I can do something about my hyoid I can get it to pop out more

Isotretinoin.
See a clinician for treatment of your deep atrophic scarring. Probably will need a deep peel or laser. Microneedling can help atrophic scarring if not deep.

Yea sorry i dont know all of the lingo so i thought making a thread would help me understand it better. I have a micro needler but I mainly used it on my jawline in hope of growing more hair in that area. Should i use it on my cheeks aswell to get rid of the acne scars?

Don't dermaroll on active acne. You need to fix your acne first or the dermaroller will fuck you even deeper

Start with personal microneedling sessions at home, maintain a good diet and if possible start with a skincare routine with spf50, moisturiser from la roche posay and tret from skinorac and that would be enough
