so i feel like my side is kinda ish okay:feelsgah:, dunno tho.
my Front sucks absolute BALLS tho:feelswhy:.
im trying to cut down again, went from 115 kg to 88-90kg now.(any good good recommendations for protein shakes?)
ive hopped on test p 275 mg weekly and will soon take reta when i find a source im confortable with.

is there anything i could do tho to save my front profile?
no matter what, id be willing to do everything in my power.
