so i feel like my side is kinda ish okay:feelsgah:, dunno tho.
my Front sucks absolute BALLS tho:feelswhy:.
im trying to cut down again, went from 115 kg to 88-90kg now.(any good good recommendations for protein shakes?)
ive hopped on test p 275 mg weekly and will soon take reta when i find a source im confortable with.

is there anything i could do tho to save my front profile?
no matter what, id be willing to do everything in my power.

lose weigh,t get better hair, dye your eyebrows, get on dht blockers, get a tan, go to the gym and you'd ascen
 
get slight lip filler work on ur hair get sum texture and get rid of the side part then work on skin get slightly tanner, lose fat, hop on animal based diet so ur not bloated and for ur health indicators, and then js small stuff like dying brows and lashes growing them out etc. like rn your ltn js because ur haircut makes you look dorky and less socially apealing along with like smalll fixable stuff u could def hit htn soon enough cause your bones are aight. and ur on test so thatll give you a better physique and will help overall

if theres 4 pillars and you are extremely below average in one of them you are not htn
