In my opinion I look subh now I descended a lot I don’t have pics before anymore but atleast i looked decent -1-2 years befor but now I got hairloss my maxilla got fucked up, I’m not recognizable anymore
Acne etc lost muscle everything cortisol burned my skin

Can someone rate me
And give me advice for surgeries or if it’s even worth it
