Hey everyone. As I said I’m just looking for treatment recommendations for volume loss/achieving better collagen. Here is what I’ve researched on and is in the list of consideration. Please make any suggestions or speak on experiences you may have had.

-Lasers such as moxi + BBL combo, hydrafacial, IPL etc
-RF microneedling
-Sculptra

I’m currently doing GHK-cu and off and on use my red light panel I have but I’m looking for something substantial. I had some volume loss from my test cycle last in my mid face and so I need something that will pack a punch. Thanks guys.

RF microneedling
Is RF microneedling still even worth it in 2025? Potential fat loss, Reports that RF microneedling is counteractive and ages you, Also is RF even superior than just regular microneedling. Reviews are very mixed and everyone is slowly starting to change their views on it.

IPL or laser hair removal will definitely make your face appear tighter and younger . If facial hair is the problem then LSHR but if you have hyperpigmentation issues then you can get co2 laser or a ipl to remove hyperpigmentation and get even toned skin

as for prp and allat that sounds promising, i havent read into those treatments but im definitely going to get something for under eye lines , either that or PDO is optimal for that .

You said you’ve done multiple just for collagen right? How substantial of an improvement was it)

I’ve heard about the PRP stuff too. I can’t imagine how expensive that shit is. PDO threads sound promising but something like that you’d have to research and really make sure to find someone trustworthy and knowledgeable. That’s what scares me about doing some of these treatments. Maybe I should stick to doing a basic laser treatment.

Laser is probably the biggest gun for brute forcing collagen production

But if mid face volume loss is the primary concern, then it’s probably more to do with your fat pads deteriorating / sliding down your face

But beware, because depending on your case and age, truly fixing that shit can be an expensive, deep deep rabbit hole - lefort, infras, fat grafting, composite face lift etc

No quick fix for many sadly

Choose carefully how far you want to take things treatment wise

I would say it was very substantial, my skin was just A bit red after a day or two but otter than that my skin looked way better (clear, healthy).

Bet. I honestly will just go for IPL then and see what happens. I know they do different strengths or whatever it is for the lasers, do they all produce substantial collagen?

Depends on the device strength
So what should I be sure to ask about? I found one spa that does CO2 and then another one and they call it their skin resurfacing treatment. And part of the deal is it’s for collagen in like list of benefits
