My goal is to figure out what surgeries I need and how to plan them. Time is of the essence and I need to move quickly. Who do I go to that knows what they are talking about? Everyone always shouts RSM like its gospel but I've heard mixed feedback, esp abt Celal who he works with. Some of you guys may ask, "why dont you post pics and vids here and get feedback from the forum." For one, org is filled with know it alls that know nothing. Also I just want a private and confidential consultation with an expert. Am willing to pay. WHO DO I GO TO!!!
