need suggestions for the right surgery

Hi I was deciding which surgery should I do to improve my chin and the profile in general, but can't figure out alone...

Consider I'm around 6k , and I was thinking to:
-chin wing ( so I could get also a wider jaw)
-profile surgery(nose and chin, but I wouldn't have silicon or other implants on my face, I rather prefer an osteotomy)
-lefort 1 for bring back my upper jaw
