Does anyone here know Dr. Arko Demiancuk? He’s offering buck fat removal for $2900 USD which is the cheapest I could find. He does not perform partial buccal fat removal, only full. And would that or would it not be a good idea for my case? (Pictures below)

Any other suggestions? Any cheaper/better surgeons? (Willing to travel to Mexico)

you cant expect rational clarity from individuals in a heightened emotional state he was probably sweating himself over which pic reveals himself the least while still showing what he thinks is enough for us to make an informed judgement
