I need serious surgery advice, im thinking on lip lift plus genio but am I missing something else? Why is my midface so long?

You are tilting your head subconsciously to look less recessed and down grown
Your ears and eyes should be in a straight line, if you take a picture like that you'll see really how recessedand down grown you are

Yeah, obviously im a bit downgrown and my chin is recessed, I see it everyday, would I need genio?

Genio could make your face look even longer than it already is
You should do orthognathic surgery to fix the midface AND genio
