after talking to chatgpt here is what it recommends:
1. sliding genio
2. custom PEEK infraorbital implants
3. slight buccal fat removal

please recommend what you guys think thank you

Infras are your highest ROI

Cantho and leforte, upper eye lid fat graft
okay i am reseraching upper eye lid graft for sure
lets say i cant get DJS do you think a genioplasty by itself will benefit?

someone said i should get bimaxx + genio i have been trying to estimate if its worth it / what i would look like. are you able help me and please create a morph. i was thinking bimaxx + genio and then (this is extra) catho and upper eyelid fat graft. I actually have an appointment with a couple of surgeons so it would be great if you could help thanks again

Alright. Here's a list of surgeries that could benefit you. Please note that you don't have to undergo every one of them. It's just to help you put in perspective what changes matter the most (to you).

- lower eyelid retraction to reduce scleral show
- canthoplasty to lift up the lateral canthus
- fat grafting above the eyes to reduce hollowness and upper eyelid exposure
- fat grafting to the undereyes to treat the tear through and to reduce skin darkening

The four procedures above can be lumped together in one session, performed by an ophthalmologist or an occuloplastic surgeon.
Let's resume the list.

- otoplasty to treat flaring ears
- rhinoplasty - tip plasty, to reduce tip bulbosity, and to set the bridge straight(er)
- lip lift to shorten the philtrum
- botox injections in the masseter muscle, as you may suffer from masseter hypertrophy (hypothetical)
- double jaw surgery with clockwise rotation ; minor movements
- genioplasty to increase forward growth ; minor movement
- gonial implants or fillers to increase length of the ramus and gonial angularity from the front

The last 3 procedures above can be lumped together in one session, performed by an orthognathic surgeon.
Let's resume the list.

If jaw surgery + genio don't improve substantially your submental region :
- neck lift
- ... or liposuction
- ... or fat dissolving

- chondrolaringoplasty to reduce the very prominent adam's apple

Annnd ... we're done

Morph with only the otoplasty and the eye surgeries :

Nisheyes

Morph with all the above + rhinoplasty :

Nishnose

Morph with all the above + jaw surgery (not a big change from the front, except the retracted lower lip, and the modified gonial positioning) :

Nishjaw

Morph with all the above + neck lift and chondrolaringoplasty :

Nishpro1

Same as above, left side profile :

Nishpro2

wdym lmao because he made me white in the morphs?

You say that because the morphs changed his skin color ? It wasn't intentional. Other than that, I think he still looks 100 % Indian.

I'm by no mean a jaw surgery expert. So this is my rather uneducated estimate that your bimax wouldn't involve major movements. You seem to have a slight underbite (as suggested by you protruding lower lip), and, based on my morphs, your maxilla would only require a bit of projection forward to restore a proper lip (and teeth ?) alignment.

Also, to answer your question in another thread about a morph done by Gemini : I think it's a bit misleading because it modified your upper lip's height (it made it significantly fuller) ; also, to mimic fat grafting to the upper eyelid, the eyebrow-to-eye spacing increased to a point that is not achievable (or even desirable). I think my morphs are a more realistic depiction of what fat grafting would do to your upper eyelid/supraorbital region (i.e. reducing hollowness and upper eyelid exposure), although it seems you liked it less.

I didn't change your skin color though. Your photos probably had some sort of filters on or had had their color altered, and downloading them to my pc removed these changes ... and then these changes reappeared when I uploaded the pics to Photopea ? I don't know. First time such a thing happens to me.

@nishka by the way, I didn't see you bring up an otoplasty in your recent posts. However, I do insist : it would improve your facial harmony.
You seemed quite concerned in the first place with post-op recovery & down time, probably due to professional reasons, and an otoplasty would precisely be easy to fit in your life without derailing your work schedule. Even if you showed up at work during the first week post-op with some swelling on the back of the ears, you could tell your coworkers you had your ears pinned and they wouldn't make a big deal out of it, because it is not perceived as "real" plastic surgery and therefore has no stigma attached to it.
To top it off, it's cheap and safe.
All in all, definitely one of the easiest hardmaxxes you can undertake.

Actually I work from home rn so it would be ideal to get one . Know any good places in turkey?

You live in Canada or in the US, don't you ? If so, otoplasty is the type of procedure you can do locally. It doesn't require an elite surgeon, let alone a trip across the Atlantic. But I guess you may want to bundle your surgeries once in Turkey ... ? In that case, ask the surgeon in charge of your other maxfac procedures if he can take care of your ears, or if he can direct you to a local colleague.

If you asked me for a high ROI hardmaxxing plan, with as little downtime as possible, this would be my recommendation :
- otoplasty
- periorbital fat grafting
- fillers to the gonions, the jawline, and the chin (to add angularity and even things out)

That would be enough to improve your face quite significantly, even if you did nothing more afterward. The only downside would be the upkeep involved with fillers (not fat grafts though).
No trip to Turkey would be necessary or even justified, and that would set you back only a small fraction of your net worth.
