Need surgery but no doctors will help

I present with the following problems,

• One jaw joint doesn't work (TMJ), causes some assymtry.
• Canine overbite on one side

To get straight to the point, I have unlimited money. I want to correct these issues. I've been to two orthodonists, one prothordonist and all just keep reffering me around needlessly. I live in Australia and want to have the surgeries done here. How do I find a blackpilled doctor, how do I get these dental doctors to cut to the chase and get me on an operating table?

The TMJ is so annoying I have crazy sharp jawline with hollow cheeks and good UEE on one side then basically shit features on the other. But I also have weak undereyes so it never even began.

Unlimited in that if I can find a doctor I have a friend who will cover all the costs, hence why it has to seem legit and be in Australia.
