need surgery planner

im of age and have the financial means to hardmax. who is a knowledgeable surgery planner? is liam/giant the only option? ive been in contact with him but he is very inconsistent in how often he replies its like he dosent want my money lol. i need to figure out the surgeries and implants i need to reach my peak potential.

Surgeons do their own surgery planning, giant does maxillofacial / implant designs which almost all maxfacs can do themselves, you just have to do the consultation with them first which is usually no more than $200

If you just want someone to advise you on which surgeries to get then post a pic here, others will be quick to tell you whats wrong

thats the thing, i want the process to be private. id rather pay someone who is knowledgeable to assess my base and determine the best possible steps forward and privately send scans and pics. i am in contact with giant and am willing to pay but man does giant have a hard time responding. im sure he's a busy man and i respect that but im a serious client its been 5 days since a reponse, i reached out to him 3x on 3 separate days no response

I disagree with the statement that, surgeons are the best planners, not sure if you implied that but if not, I'm just adding something.

In fact, you'll find a better plan than almost all the surgeons with your own research.

If I was gonna contact him for a consult in my opening message I'd request the banking details for payment and how much it costs and then just pay it when he responds. That way he knows I'm serious and I'm not one of the many time wasters that must write to him wanting free advice under the guise of a potential consultation. Not saying that's you, just guessing that's what he deals with, especially given the average age here now.
