need surgery planner

im of age and have the financial means to hardmax. who is a knowledgeable surgery planner? is liam/giant the only option? ive been in contact with him but he is very inconsistent in how often he replies its like he dosent want my money lol. i need to figure out the surgeries and implants i need to reach my peak potential.

thats the thing, i want the process to be private. id rather pay someone who is knowledgeable to assess my base and determine the best possible steps forward and privately send scans and pics. i am in contact with giant and am willing to pay but man does giant have a hard time responding. im sure he's a busy man and i respect that but im a serious client its been 5 days since a reponse, i reached out to him 3x on 3 separate days no response

you and i might be the only persons who knows how surgery ascend people, giant is a weird guy, he uses implants for actualy investing for broken bones. he’s not a maxfacs and implants looks uncanny, CUZ SIZE DOESNT METTER.

best way is learn which surgery gonna make which diffrance, and learn how to create morphs, but not using faceapp’

If I was gonna contact him for a consult in my opening message I'd request the banking details for payment and how much it costs and then just pay it when he responds. That way he knows I'm serious and I'm not one of the many time wasters that must write to him wanting free advice under the guise of a potential consultation. Not saying that's you, just guessing that's what he deals with, especially given the average age here now.
