You cant have patchy facial hair.

Either go into it fully and use minox to make it thicker, or shave it

Hair should be the last of your worries. You need supraorbital implants and fat grafting, lefort 1, chin filler/genioplasty, browridge implants, Forehead Augmentation, jaw angle implants
