First thing is that you need to shave your facial hair and then also grow the sides of your hair bc of how big your ears look from the front. Also, you need to get a skincare routine, but if it doesn't work, you should just hop on smth like Accutane. You have a very bulbous, big nose, so trying something like hydrocortisone will help with that. There are other things, but those are the first things you should do.
