I have an unusual problem where my eyelashes (both upper and lower) detach everyday and I lose 3-4 eyelashes because of it.I had so much dense lower eyelashes but because of this problem I have lost much of my eyelashes. This has been happening with me from the last 6-7 months and I couldn't find a single solution for it in the past.I hope somebody here can help me with fixing this problem for once and for all.

I also wanted to know what would help in lower eyelashes growth since it's the only area where my hair isn't dense.
Genuine solutions would be much appreciated.

Transparent mascara

yeah that sounds like chronic lash shedding could be from mechanical irritation (rubbing eyes, harsh cleanser), nutritional deficiency, or mild blepharitis. first thing, make sure you’re not using anything that dries or inflames the lid margin (like alcohol-based cleansers or retinoids too close to the eye). clean your lash line with diluted baby shampoo or hypochlorous acid spray daily, that helps a ton if inflammation’s behind it.

for regrowth, bimatoprost (Latisse 0.03%) is by far the most effective, it’s literally an FDA-approved prostaglandin analog that extends the anagen (growth) phase. apply it carefully with a fine brush at night, don’t overuse or it’ll cause darkening of skin around the eyes.

you can also add castor oil or a peptide lash serum (GHK-Cu or myristoyl pentapeptide-17 type stuff) if you want something milder, but they won’t match bimatoprost in potency.

also check your nutrition. Biotin, zinc, iron, and vitamin D deficiencies can all cause lash loss. if it’s been 6-7 months straight, maybe get thyroid labs done too, since hypothyroidism sometimes causes brittle or thinning eyelashes.

the ordinary multi peptide lash serum works, it's not magic but results will be noticeable. The main reason your eye lashes fall out so fast and easy might be from rubbing eyes and washing around the eyes with harsh motions with rough towels or hands in general. I would avoid oils around eyes, aslo get your blood results you might be insufficient in some vitamins and minerals that are responsible of overall hair and lash health.

Latisse or an eyelash serum for growth
Castor oil and avoid direct contact for health,if u sleep on ur stomach ur eyelashes are probably rubbing onto ur pillow making them weaker

literally the only thing you can do is use a lash serum, such as the ordinary, or if you really want get Latisse, which is the best lash serum.

You can also try minoxidil but it's extremely risky.

The only guarenteed way is latisse. The side effects of latisse are pretty bad but they come from patients who actually drop it straight into their eye to treat glucoma. Also theres no point in getting latisse just get the generic which is called bimatropost .03. You can source it from indiamart or alldaychemist. The best way to use bimatropost with the least side effects is to get a sharp q tip , and take a tiny amount of solution just to wet the tip. Before applying you want to create a barrier between your skin you can use vaseline/aquaphor etc to make sure if any of the solution migrates , none of it absorbs into ur skin causing dark eyes or hollowness. If you are very careful with application and only apply to base of lashes and only apply to upper lashes you should be fine. The solution from the upper lash usually migrates down , if u are really careful you could apply to lower lash but its not recomended.
